If he has only provided a massage & no extras, 100 is reasonable, particularly if the massage was nothing special. Bear in mind you've paid for the massage already & 100 is like about 1/3rd of the daily minimum wage.
In reality, if the massage was poor, I would tip zero. Just about acceptable = 100 and a good massage somewhere in the 150~200 range.

If he's after more than that, he should think about upselling by offering extra services.
