Hotel recommendations please Pattaya

I am visiting Pattaya in early July for the first time, looking for recommendation in walking distance to Boyztown and Sunee Plaza.
Looking specifically for decent Hotels which offers large tub/Jacuzzi in rooms.
any recommendations would be appreciated.

Depending on how long you are staying , it might be better to rent a condo. Try airbnb
