    Bangkok Post Editor sacked after critical coverage of Thai junta

    The editor claims he was fired because he allowed criticism of the junta, while the paper says it was a business move. Both views may just be different sides of the same coin.

    Apparently the article can't be viewed without a FT subscription, which I do not have even though the print edition is produced on pink paper
