Pattaya Accomodation (2018 Updates)

I have done my extensive research here and gaybuttonthai and no updates hotel information are found in Pattaya. Since a hole was burned in my pocket when offing someone from Jupiter Bangkok, I have decided to take the advice to go to Pattaya instead. Any hotels I should consider? Have renovations at Boystown finished? Any recent updates on bars I should not miss for willing straight boys for less? Any thoughts and comments are appreciated
