Has anyone heard from dear Matt? The Canadian Passport Office in Vancouver was open Tuesday (according to Google). However perhaps he went inappropriately coiffed? I read that Service Canada has a "scent-free" workplace policy. Maybe he was turned away?

Just applied for my BC ID card, which should be here in a couple weeks. That's the main reason Bangkok only issued me a limited validity 2 year passport -- no photo ID. Once that comes in, apply in person at Nanaimo, extra $50 for express processing, and will have new 10 year passport within 2 - 9 business days.
