Is an appropriate full service massage tip for a man who comes to my hotel (sadly the Malaysia).

Man likely found on Craigslist or an app.

Also interested in recommendations of guys, 18-21-25, prefer top or truly versatile, athletic (but not bodybuilder) , hung is a plus but not required. This is not for tonight, but for really soon.
