Indian by Nature, on your way to Jomtien. There are many Indian restaurants in Pattaya.

    Thank you kindly Up2U.

I know there are many Indian restaurants in Pattaya, hence the reason I'm asking any good recommendations?

I don't want to go to one and the food end up being not so pleasant.

Just fancy a change from Thai and Western food.

Agreed, Indian by Nature is the best/nice Indian Restaurant in Pattaya.

A good Indian restaurant is Indigo on 2nd Road across from Boyztown.

I rate Maharani at the Royal Cliff Hotel as good as, if not slightly better than Indian by Nature. Both are a bit on the pricey side, but for that you get good food, good ambience and good service. Both do excellent meat or vegetarian thalis (samplers of several dishes for anyone unsure). Two other Indian restaurants that I like are Madras Darbar on Second Road opposite Central Festival and Dosa King also on Second Road opposite Royal Garden. The first of these has North and South Indian dishes and is very popular with Indians, always a promising sign if you're looking for authenticity. Dosa King is South Indian vegetarian, quite small and plain-looking, but has what matters - good food. I like to order the masala dosa (a pancake with fried potato and onion filling) and use it as a base instead of rice on which I put a vegetable curry.
