Why not ask Google? (You'll find it is now the 84 Hotel)

It changed owners, now it is regular hotel "Hotel 84"

    Formerly owners left Cambodia.

The former owners used to run a blog, but I lost the link due to bookmark problems.
It was still live a few months back, but all a google search finds is some very disparaging claims about them, which I'm not going to post a link for.

If I remember correctly, they announced their departure in summer 2016 (last contribution to blog).

I don't think Richard ever disputed the "disparaging claims". The blog is archived here

    Re: River queen

As someone else ITT said, it's now called "The 84 Hotel".

I checked it out sometime in December. It's no longer a "gay friendly hotel". It's not gay unfriendly, but there are no more boys hanging around in the bar. In fact, the guy at the counter told me the bar's pretty much dead most times.

If you ask me, the place is basically just a middle of the scale 2 star place now. I think there are better options, especially on Sok San and Taphul Rd.

NO, that is a different blog which looks like it has "borrowed" one article from the Riverqueen blog.

The original Riverqueen blog was at: riverqueencambodia.blogspot.co.uk

    Now seems to be gone.
