    Bacco Beach.

Down to Bacco Beach to enjoy a Caesar Salad. Distressed Romaine lettuce ambushed with a punchy Caesar dressing. Crispy bread cubes vacationed in hot olive oil and resuscitated with garlic. Quilted with a patchwork of genuine Parma cheese slices. High quality bacon flatlined to a glassy shatter and laid to rest a la Jesu.

You can thank Frequent for the prose. He introduced me to Posh Nosh a spoof TV cookery show.

No, they're Eights. A Chinese brand. Thai boys love them because they're smooth and light. Just like my.....which they also seem to love.

It's next door to The Glasshouse about 1 km south of Jomtien Beach.

Arsenal, what is holding the salad in place: looks edible. Is it some kind of pitta bread?

Well spotted Poshglasgow. It's true, the salad is garrisoned in an edible bowl. However it wasn't very crisp and there was enough complimentary bread provided along with olive oil and balsamic for dipping. So I didn't eat it.
