This is honestly a genuine question. I've said before I'm not into anal sex. latintop has said he takes his MB for up to 3 hours. Someone else recently mentioned being fucked for 30 minutes. Do you not get bored? Do you watch TV or read a magazine? Or maybe turn it into a yoga exercise. When I off a boy, and the 5 minutes is up, I use the time to catch up on my knitting, and we have a nice chat for the other 55 minutes.

Am I missing something?
