Leo is worried about that too. Vientiane has 250,000 people, I'm sure they have shit like peanut butter. If not, then yes, Leo will go to Nong Khai once a month for a supply run.

Because there's 250,000 people that live there, I've been there several times before and know there's loads of farangs there, plus loads things like loads of good farang restaurants. At least far better restaurants than Khon Kaen offers.
The people you're talking about who do those supply runs live in south eastern Laos, so Thailand is the closest spot for them to get those consumables. I'm sure Vientiane is fine, and again, if not, Leo will go to Nong Khai for supply runs when needed.
Then fine, he'll do monthly supply runs. Really not a big deal.
Oh, I've done my share of VISA runs. It's just Thailand doesn't provide me with a path to reside here, because I'm gay, don't have kids, am under retirement age, etc.
Barely a couple of months ago you were telling us of your plan to buy yourself and Leo Thailand Elite 5-year visas. As I pointed out at the time, for the same amount of money you could buy yourself a 20-year Thailand Elite visa. That, by the way, would then put you at an age where you could get a retirement visa. You've already told us you're spending something like that same amount of money in relocation costs to Laos. It is therefore complete bullshit to say "Thailand doesn't provide me with a path to reside here" - you have yourself described it in your posts in this Forum. No First World country, including your own, offers such an inexpensive route to almost permanent residence
It's whining posts like this that present you as a snowflake millennial with an exaggerated sense of entitlement. Oh, and the cost - barely two of your vast trove of Bitcoins
