I suggest you get plenty of hot chocolate and a good bottle of brandy. Turn off the phone and bolt the door. Then watch Darkest Hour with a mesmeric performance by Gary Oldman (UK release date, January 2018) followed by Dunkirk with mesmeric performances by everyone. An episode of Dads Army for dessert. Emotional stuff.
