I remember her working from a bar at the far end of the old pier. Was that the Siren Bar?
"The fruits of peace and tranquility... are the greatest goods... while those of its opposite, strife, are unbearable evils. Hence we ought to wish for peace, to seek it if we do not already have it, to conserve it once it is attained, and to repel with all our strength the strife which is opposed to it. To this end individual[s]... and in even greater degree groups and communities are obliged to help one another... from the bond or law of human society." How is anybody not already familiar with it supposed to find it?

You have it more or less right but more less than more because there's officially no such place as "Sunnee Plaza"; it's called "Marina Plaza" for many years.
For some reason Mme Sunnee wished to distance herself from the place when she went politics.
So to sum up; Joe's birthday party (1st phase) will be held on the evening of January 9th 2018 in a bar that's sometimes called Sunnee Plaza Bar though there's no such place as Sunnee Plaza, but more often called The Green Chairs Bar, though there are no green chairs in the place now.
Easy as a walk in the Park.

....And you will find it opposite a bar named “All of me” which ceased to exist about a year ago. Unfortunately the bar you are trying to find does not have any signs.

The name is Green Bar. The color scheme is Green and thus the name.

Looks like you've been going to the wrong bar every night then.

Don't worry Joe you'll be found.
You'll probably be the only 'Free' show around and you know how the Khee-Neiow expats love that.
