You reported a similar problem before, is it the same? Then look at the solutions posted there.
on your keyboard... on left or right from space bar - key "Ctrl"
open SGT, press "Ctrl" at the same time with key "+" and watch results

small letters size is on your computer - in browser, access to your account will not help
