Health in Scotland is suffering as the Scottish National Party government fails to get a grip. How long before we see poor Scottish people leaving as health tourists for England or other more advanced countries?

The Scottish Health Service (the legal title) is the best performing in the UK, so other than for some highly specialised treatments or expertise which might require cross-border travel I don't see Scots flocking to England for treatment.
Note also that where there is a need for cross-border treatment, the SHS pays for that treatment in full (quite rightly), it is not free to the SHS
Health Services throughout the UK and indeed throughout the world are struggling with demand - difficulties in the UK or in specific parts of the UK are not unique.
In the UK as a whole we face the problem of increased spending on the NHS constantly being demanded, without the realisation that the NHS is a bottomless pit and enough is never enough.
People demand more money for the NHS but when it comes to election time they won't vote to be taxed an extra penny to provide that money.
Many times in the past various political parties have proposed "An Extra Penny for the NHS" and each time that Party has been roundly defeated.
I thought Nigel promised you guys that if you voted for Brexit, an extra 350,000,000 pounds would be invested back into the NHS every month, instead of being spent on the EU. What ever happened to that little pledge?

When talking about people being conned by Brexit promises please remember that Scotland voted 62/38 to Remain
I actually remember that. I think it was the very next day after the vote, while the whole world was still trying to grasp what just happened to Europe, sure enough, then candidate Trump shows up in Scotland to promote his stupid fucken golf course.
He proceeds to get on the cameras, and proceeds to congratulate everyone on a hard fought debate, and a great victory. Trump, you fucken moron, not only do you not understand what you're talking about, you're in Scotland where the majority overwhelmingly voted to remain in the EU. Jesus christ, are you ever stupid Trump.
