(Sri Ratcha is a town in Chonburi province, so if he says he is in Sri Ratcha, that's an area of maybe 5 km x 10 km along the coast. Elsewhere the distinction between town and province is of great importance, I have a boy who is Kanchanaburi province, about 50 km from Kanchanaburi town.)
