Went to Delhi about 6 or 7yrs ago.
Stinking shithole with no action - and believe me I tried - even to the extent of bus station and looking for street trade. Not a sniff. Mind you, if you had sniffed you'd have gagged.
Difficult to even find a bar to sit down for a beer. The hotel asked me if I wanted a beer and then suggested I could sit in my room to drink it! !
Eventually found you could order drinks with food in restaurants - no compulsion to eat the food of course.
I/We lasted 48hours - long enough for my mate to contract projectile diarrhoea. He ate the food

Oh and on the developing "please don't think I'm dodgy" conversation - in my opinion "boys" can be "handsome" below the legal age. There - a bit of honesty in the debate.
Just because one may recognise that boys are "handsome" doesn't mean you want to fuck them of course - in the same way as I can easily recognise what a pretty girl or woman looks like - but have no sexual feeling towards her at all.

That's always an interesting point. I don't think someones preference changes depending on the country he is in, right? I'm only talking age here. So a cute 16 year old Indian would be perfectly legal in my country. On the other hand, a cute 18 year old wouldn't be in India. To a certain point/age it's all about morals I think.
From observation, the Indian 16yo would have a moustache and full beard
