The latest wheeze from the fat cats in city hall. I particularly like the idea that beach vendors must submit their proposal in the form of a drawing. So, what would you draw if you were one of the constantly harassed beach vendors?

Sanitation chief Wasinpat Chimtin on Sept. 15 informed about 50 Jomtien and Pattaya beach chair vendors of the no-alcohol rules during a briefing on the slew of new regulations put in place by the army this summer"
There is a Sanitation Chief in Pattaya?
There are no waste treatment plants in Pattaya and Jomtien, all the human waste is pumped straight into the ocean, but city employs a Sanitation Chief lol
Pretty sure there *are* sewage treatment works - but they're 30% overloaded on occasion.
