As mentioned by another, I see MBs saying they are Top/bottom for fisting on Romeo. more say top for fisting. If I were interested in loosening my hole more than it is, a small Thai fist might be the place to start. PrivateboyMovies certainly did a fair about of fisting and other big things in butts.
