The key to a really golden golden shower is multivitamins. Many nutritionists will say that multivitamins serve no useful purpose - you just flush them straight out in your urine. But that's the point. That's what provides the colour. And I'm reminded of former Indian Prime Minister Morarji Desai who would drink his own urine first thing in the morning so as not to waste the nutrients that had built up during the night.
