Several of the bars in Soi Twilight are known to give discounts even for single customer single entry, something like 300 Bath instead of 400 for a drink. There is no precedence for a bulk discount, but I see no reason why you shouldn't get one, like 10 drinks or offs for the price of 9, paid in advance. Just ask waiter/manager/owner, but prepare for long discussion as they might not understand your request.

Several saunas have multiple entry at reduced price, either 6 paid entries and the 7th is free, or you pay in advance for 10 entries and get 11.
