A friend who has similar interests as the OP told me about a mocy driver in Phnom Penh whom he offered 30 USD, which the mocy driver accepted. My friend liked it so much, he went to the same place the following day, but the mocy driver was nowhere to be seen. On the third day, my friend found the mocy driver again, but he wouldn't go with him for 50 USD. Can't figure out these boys!

(I have similar problem in Bangkok, two boys I had several times for 500 THB and who were eager to see me again every time, suddenly have gone quiet - messages on facebook read, but not answered - and I sent at least one message per week, over the course of months! Don't know what's the matter, but I assume they have girlfriend or wife now, as that is often given as reason why someone I proposition will not go with me.)
