Hotels in Ho Chi Minh City
I am going to visit HCM and would like some recommendations regarding hotels in the city. It is a big city, and I wonder where in the city I should stay and if there are any hotels that other gay visitors would recommend.

I’ve never found any HCMC hotels I’d recommend - in fact I’ve only ever found one hotel in the whole of Vietnam I’d recommend: Train Villa in Dalat (totally unique)
The fact my spouse’s family own it has not influenced me

I have stayed in various places around Pham Ngu Lao (touristic center), no issues with guests. There are hundreds of hotel to cater to all tastes. None of those I stayed in left a lasting impression, next time it will probably be yet another.
