Can someone suggest some reasonably priced longterm accomodations in Pattaya?
Can you be more specific as to your needs and desires?
Sanya Apartments (google it), as they do have a website. No elevator, and steep stairs though. However, very spacious rooms, full kitchen, mini bar, king sized bed, separate bedroom & living area, etc. And cheap.
Or just meander down Soi Buckhao (sp), and about every 10 feet there's an establishment that offfers rooms for rent upstairs at cheap rates, and many of those rooms are far nicer than you would expect.
PS. This is about 7 year old knowledge, and I'm just going off what I remember.
The OP did ask about long-term accommodations which is why I asked for more specifics.
So is long term a week,a month, a year? Hotel, condo, house, etc? Budget? Location?
Longterm is 1-6 months. Prefer to rent month to month

Would recommend View Talay Condo #1.... great location .... full services available -- huge pool, security, restaurant, laundry, etc ... friend rents out his 32 sq m condo through the complexes office .... long term would be in the neighborhood of 13,000 per month includes water and electricity.... beautifully fitted out and with small kitchenette.
