So my statement "Between the overhead walkway and the concourse ... on the way up - no apology. On the way down (but I think only if you call the lift up from the concourse) - apology" is insufficiently unambiguous for you?

I have to admit I was confused as I don't use these words myself and rarely encounter them (overhead walkway and concourse), however when riding the lift it became clear you mean what's labelled as 2 and B1 in the lift. But there was no such announcement! And I called the lift up from concourse (B1).
