    Songkran in Sydney

The best of Songkran? It didn't happen

There's nothing you can do to stop people making money out of other people's grief. So while Christian Sydney (ie. the minority) were spending Good Friday on their knees in church, Chinatown was heaving with shoppers. I was on my knees several times myself (if you're expecting an a447 semi-hard porn story, go read an a447 post)

I was particularly taken with Kenny at the Coffee Club in the shopping centre called Market City. Unfortunately his employers had no understanding of the "off fee" as a compensation for losing an employee so it was not to be

Grindr seems full of Asian students. Thank God for technology. A few of the 20-somethings used the phrase "age appropriate". I've always regarded 20-something as a very appropriate age for me so didn't hold back from contacting several, many of whom joined me for a joint and a group rumpy-pumpy (see a447 comments above)

Speaking of joints and marijuana in general. Medical marijuana is big news in Sydney. Indeed much of the east coast is busily legalising/decriminalising marijuana derivatives

Ah well. All too short and I'm back to Bangkok tomorrow. However if I were living in Sydney I'd be questioning why anyone would go to Thailand for the sex (and let's face it there's no other reason to go there)

** Note to fountainhall and others who find themselves irony-challenged. I've tried to keep references to funerals and faking orgasms to an absolute minimum. I hope that helps but I'm doubtful **

    Re: Songkran in Sydney

Singapore Airlines Business Class has a facility where you can select your meal before you go. It's called "Book the cook". Sadly there's no "Book the flight attendant" equivalent, and all the cute boys seemed to be working in Cattle Class, appearing only briefly in my cabin. Even the invitation on the airline PA "If there's anything we can do to make your flight more enjoyable don't hesitate to ask" failed when I asked for one of them to sit on my face

Landing at Swampy via a brief aircraft change in Singapore I was struck by the large number of clapped-out 747s there, operated by TG. Must be a world record

** fountainhall alert: post may include irony ***
