Airport taxi
Can any one tell me how much I should expect to pay for a taxi from bangkok airport to central bangkok

Usually it is about 300-400 baht but depends on traffic and on your choice to use toll-roads or not. Also here is possibility to cut 50 baht if you will hire taxi on top level - where arrivals are.

Going the other way, from Sathorn Soi 1 to BKK on Tuesday, I paid 310 baht plus 75 baht highway fees. As mentioned above there is a 50 baht extra leaving the airport, unless you go to the top level where many taxis hope for a trip back to town.
