Greg is talking about the newest gay sauna in Bangkok, Waterboy Onsen, in Rama 2 Soi 19 (actually on the main road, next to Soi 19). Easily accessible by bus 141 from Rama 4, stop is next to the sauna.

My experience from 2 visits is the same: venue is ok and better than the average, but needs more customers.

Hailing a citybus and telling lady for tickets where to get off. Or a taximeter-show adress on fone. From Silom in non-peak probably 20-25 mins by bus and less as 20 bt.
All these reports tend to be all the same: depends on time/day/chance, little crowd if even that word can be used and mostly local THai not really in for farang )the usual prejudice: they stink!). IF there really was a golden find somewhere far out in suburbia, then the word would have got around speedily enough. MOstly mentioned are 39 underground in Sapan Kwai and VC/Chakran a little closer by as sauna. 39 has advantage that if no success there are about a dozen cheap m2m msg shops with Lao/KHmer guys very close by (in fact some even on the way/soi to it). But Chakran also offers guys for rent on the spot.
