Not sure of the transliteration but I believe the statue is at Wiharnsien, within the grounds of Wat Yansangwaram, near Pattaya (of course).

My transliterated name of the place is Viharna Sien but don't remember where I found that. A huge bronze collection - almost all Chinese I believe. The "finger" guy is the bronze image of Wang T'ien-chun, the God of Taoism (Tang Dynasty). I presume that he wasn't flipping anyone off and that the gesture had some other symbolic meaning.
