The front office service at The Malaysia has always been rude and useless, they do not even have a booking system just a pile of faxes and emails on a bulldog clip. I stayed there approx. 50 times but gave it away after I visit with room with bed bugs...now prefer Ibis [across the road] much younger and cuter front office staff, or the horny Pinnacle, down the road, with its very active swimming pool, sauna and steam room.
