I prescribe 200mg Doxycycline in one dose followed by 100mg twice daily for 5 days. This is a slightly higher dosage than normal but trust me - you want to blast that infection right out of there.
You should advise them accordingly - unless of course you're exhibiting "displacement" and it's really YOU who has the symptoms.
Either way - no consultation charge is necessary, no sex until you're clear, and ingesting your own semen is narcissistic behaviour anyway - but I'd expect nothing less from you
