New to laptops and chargers, don't see how a 110v charger can work on 220v.
Last visit I immediately purchased a charger from a sidewalk vendor even though I
could not tell the difference between his and my USA model.
I also was a little queasy on the thought of plugging in my charger to 220 volts.

Do they "go both ways?"
