trying to plan next trip and considering this option as well as hotels. thanks for any info.

I understand 50 bhat per night is the internet price. If I come in off the street can I get a reduction to 30 bhat. Is the included breakfast american, continental or what ever's in the dumpster? Is there a joiner fee? Would a 2 bhat tip to the security man be excessive?

Most Thai rooms, for Thai working boys and girls are only 1500 bht per month,
I have a Thai friend that rents out rooms for 3000 bht per month + +. With toilet and shower.
the best way to fine a long time room,is to stay at Monty's B& B for a night or two, and have a look around,
I will let you know where to look and send a Thai with you.
