We will add costs once we complete the house as there are loads of extras , the build price is around 18.500 per 1 sqm .
But as you can see there's plunge pool / sauna / kitchens/ CCTV / built in Drobes / and so on .
I will add more pics and details in a week or so .

I really cannot see how pictures of building sites tell us anything. Surely, pics of the completed houses would be far more informative about your - no doubt extensive - capabilities as a builder?
