Anyway,
Papa David II along Soi Khao Talo opposite the Bank of Ayudhya has re-opened.
The menu has only THB 99 (or less) items on it.
The quality of the menu is similar to Papa David I (Jomtien), but the portions are smaller.
Example of my quick meal: 2 sausages, mashed potatoes, gravy: THB 99 and I added some baked beans for THB 25. For THB 124 a nice, hot and sufficient meal.
Papa is still figuring out what time he will close, but he opens from Monday - Saturday on 9 a.m.
Closing time is now scheduled at 8 p.m. but that may change.
The restaurant is nice equipped, the kitchen is clean and modern.
Give Papa David II a chance on the dark side!!
I don't know why, but I thought it was a pizza place! :dontknow:
The one in Jomtien has had a for sale sign up for ages.
He is having trouble selling it as the building has such a short lease left on it
