4 of my favourite posters having at spat just before christmas. I don't really have a preference for boys from Pattaya over Bangkok or vice vera. I prefer gay femme or gay boy-next-door types,i spend time in Bkk and Pattaya and have found over the years both places have an abundance of both. However in Bangkok they are not so much in evidence in the farang suriwong/silom areas but more in rachada and thai for thai areas, but there are still enough in DJ or GOD if its silom/suriwong you are based.

The difference I find is that in Pattaya the types I like are easy to find and get to know everywhere around town, bars, agogos, clubs, discos, karaokes even the malls etc... In Bangkok I find that once you get to know a few of the type you like, you then get introduced through them, to more of the same kind of boys as they attract friends who tend to be the same style. I also think once you get to know guys from the other areas of Bangkok you find yourself not wholly relying on on the silom/suriwong areas in Bkk and things open up alot more and you find so many other different places to enjoy. In Pattaya there is no real scene outwith the Pattayaland, sunee, day/night areas. Ok there is jomtien, but i don't suppose many who come to Pattaya base themselves there.

There's actually a "prostitute scanning" station just outside of Korat, which all guys must go through, before getting their bar employment ID, enabling them to work in the industry. The government officials at the scanning station take their measurements, give them a quick interview, and from there decide if they're better suited for Pattaya or Bangkok.

yes, (assuming this screaming red is a question) there are, but very few, gay bars/disco's, both in Khorat, in Khon Khaen and in Udorn, and maybe even Ubon.
For Khorat: search in ricequeendiary.com. The writer went with jhis friend of then to Khorat (freinds birthtown) and listed them-and made an update. It is not too recent, but will give you a start.
