I found the Burmese males generally attractive, especially those manual workers with their lean & tan bodies. But one particular habit of theirs didn't appeal to me - the chronic chewing of betel leaves & nut, & spitting out the quid every so often. Their teeth are rendered black/brown/red and lips appear like smudged rouge. Even on the long-trip bus small plastic bags are provided for them to spit into, and it can get annoying if your immediate fellow passengers keep on clearing their throats time and again.
On something more positive, while in Yangon in September, I managed to have two short-time guests into my room without having to register them first. Both were neat-looking guys.
Bring only crisp currency notes to Burma, and save the tatterred ones for Cambodia.

They are also reluctant to take tattered currency notes in Cambodia. And if you need to change USD$100 note there almost all places won't accept it unless it's in perfect condition.
