    Missing LOS already

It's been only a couple of months but I'm having real withdrawal problems at the moment, wishing I was back in LOS. Just returned from 6 weeks in Japan. I visited my usual haunts in Tokyo with my Japanese mates. Nothing changed there - still down and dirty and lots of fun. The club I frequent whenever I'm in Tokyo has a couple of rent boys. They don't ply their trade in the club, but are just there for fun like the rest of us. I decided to get one of them to accompany me to Kyoto, as, being a gaijin, I knew I probably would not get into any of the clubs. He was everything I want in a guy - handsome, beautiful body, smooth skin, very large cock....the kind I enjoy when in Thailand. But all the time I was with him, cuddling up in bed and doing what comes naturally, I couldn't help but remember different guys I had met in the bars of Bangkok and Pattaya. The Japanese scene is very different - no gogo boys there, as no Japanese boy would be caught dead standing on stage in his jocks being ogled by prospective customers. It's a lot more down to earth, but somehow it lacks the excitement of Thailand. Not being able to speak Thai also adds to the excitement in a funny sort of way.
I'm heading off on a trip again soon (Yes, as a sex tourist!) but would like to drop into Bangkok on the way home in the middle of January. What's the weather like? And the scene?? Are there many farangs lurking in the sois? Thailand's sex scene is unique - where else can you see young guys sitting around the edge of a stage wanking?
Also, while I'm at it, has anyone been to Morocco? I've heard the guys over there are eager to please.

Beware in Morocco. Homosexuality is illegal.

    a447,
January is in the Thai Winter but don't be fooled by that. Is is still wonderful and warm and although the locals wear jackets and some olds even in cardigans, woolly hats, scarves and the like, I never seem to wear anything more that a tee shirt even at night. It is still warm in the evenings.

You don't have the humidity in January that is so exhausting during the Summer (rainy season). It doesn't usually rain in Bangkok in January but that is not to say it is unheard of.

As you may know it is high season by mid January (not peak) so you won't pay the highest prices for accommodation although, since you have been hanging out in Japan recently, high prices obviously aren't a consideration.

In all it is a very good time. Meeting up with other mates also, so I am looking forward to my trip December/January and will be back May/June as usual.

A sight for sore eyes, more like, Combat. I get your point though.

Hi krobbie, thanks for the info.

since you have been hanging out in Japan recently, high prices obviously aren't a consideration.
Actually, Japan is one of the cheapest destinations in the world for Aussie travellers. I know it has a reputation of being expensive, but that was around 10 years ago. Prices for EVERYTHING are half of what they are in Australia and Europe. I paid $40 for a crappy pizza in Paris earlier this year. The same in Japan would cost about $15 in a restaurant. A can of Coke is $1:50.

Original LOS meant "Land of Smiles."

However, now lots of perversions like "Lots of Scams."
