    HI

I stay at the Tan Kang Angkor hotel, right next to pub street, never ever a problem taking boys back, i even had the reseptionest last year lol.
The bars are good Code bar and Station wine bar are busy with the shows and there is always boys about, then after the shows i always head to the Temple, with my boy, where there are loads of candy.
    I just love cambodia

    Banana/Rambuthan over the river,
5-7 min walk Hotel89 (budget, about the same price as 8Rooms)
Palm garden Lodge (just about 200 meter far the same direction as 8Rooms, up to $25)
Advisor Angkor Villa even more close than 8Rooms, up to $25

    'Banana/Rambuthan over the river'

More gay tolerant than overtly gay, the staff appear to be straight. The place is aging, and has some clumsy architecture. Have stayed there twice, and one of the rooms was not mosquito proof. Service and breakfast were OK though.

Is the sort of place that cashes in on the pink dollar without making any effort - if I were running a place like that I'd pay some fit local boys a small retainer to splash around in the pool every day and socialise with the customers - with no questions asked regarding any tips they might earn along the way..

What a brilliant idea to have a few poseurs at the pool, and the samples should represent different tastes : muscleboy, Ladyboy, twink, etc. :-)

Thanks for the hotel suggestions there, Paperboy & Moses.

The suggestion from Old Git to hire some boys to brighten the place up is a nice thought, although I think the hotel managers have to avoid making the place look like a brothel, just in case people come around asking for tea money.

Old Git - Are you referring to the Golden Banana Boutique Hotel or the Rambutan Resort (formerly known as Golden Banana Resort)? These are two different establishments which are under separate ownership. I have stayed at Rambutan but not Golden Banana which is just along the road. I found Rambutan excellent in all regards and would highly recommend it - Imloved the architecture and my room had no trouble with mosquitos. I cannot comment on Golden Banana as I have not stayed there.

Andaman - the Rambutan - the place where every staircase looks like a retro-fit and threatens to break your neck.. ;-)

Goji - agree, discretion needed on the ground - boys for residents only, no ST rooms..

Off is strictly forbidden to staff by owners in Men's, also most of them are straight and have families and children, only few are gays. If you are attractive and one of them will visit sauna after work - then may be you will be lucky to have fun. In other cases most you can get (from staff) - happy end for tips in massage room.
