Accommodation close to Pattaya

Located 15km South of Pattaya, on the way to Sattahip (Thai Naval base) and close to Wat Yansangwararam, Viharna Sien Buddhist museum, Nong Nooch tropical gardens, Ban Saray and Ban Amphur fishing villages and beaches and Khao Chee Chan Buddha image.

I believe Goldie is only advertising, and not using any budget, but doing it for free.
Could be wrong, but don't believe so.
