I would like to know more about this. I have never noticed it.
Can you be a bit more precise?
Still the same name?
Re: Have they been defeated?
I will go and have a look and report back. In fact I might as well go and eat there. Standby.

of course they could just have been obscene, hateful or threatening rather than racist

It is in the Soi which runs down the side of Tukcom on the Boyztown side. I don’t know the name of the Soi but it contains several well known restaurants, Deli Diner (closed) Cusiine au Beurre (spelling) petite Planet. It’s in the same row.
Menu very plain. Average price.
Dont think it’s the same name as before. I’m assuming it moved...
Pic of it below and pic of the Soi with Tukcom on the right looking towards second road, and finally a pic of my pizza.

But as you please - as far as I'm concerned the above seems as clear cut as anything can possibly be - and it's the very source you point to.

Love it when people quote rules and legalese
I find it's entirely apposite to refer such people to the reply given in the case of Arkell v Pressdram.

The rule is rather in the nature of a super-injunction so beloved of British courts in recent days - the injunction forbids discussion of the event and the super-injunction forbids discussion that the underlying injunction even exists. Trafigura is the most famous of these https://www.theguardian.com/world/20...k-the-guardian
My favourite recent injunction is the “Celebrity Threesome” where (if you live in Britain please shut your eyes now as you are not allowed to read this) Elton John prevented the publication of news that his “husband” had indulged in threesomes - involving baby oil apparently - with other men. This despite EJ announcing that neither of them intended to keep their marriage vows. His reason for seeking such an injunction? To protect his kiddies!
