Upon arrival, they shall no longer be requiredto observe mandatory facility-based quarantine but shall self-monitor forany sign or symptom for (7) days with the first day being the date ofarrival and shall be required to report to the local government unit ofdestination upon the manifestation of symptoms, if any.
2. International arriving passengers must have the following proofs ofvaccination against COVID-19 recognized under existing IATFregulations:
a. World Health Organization International Certificates ofVaccination and Prophylaxis;
b. VaxCertPH; or
c. National/state digital certificate of the foreign government whichhas accepted VaxCertPH under a reciprocal arrangement unlessotherwise permitted by the IATF.

In USA we have no real certification program, little handwritten cards that mean nothing really.

I have no real idea how to get this for Philippines or Thailand...

Not having a National Certification Program in the USA is a definite problem.

i have seen a number of "private" usa certification schemes.... but how to know if Thailand or ph accept them? sigh.
