Sihanoukville (in parts) and some of the other nearby islands have that wonderful unspoilt look as well.
If this is what you are after, Cambodia is a very good place to go.
I know I am leading with my chin on this one, but $85/night with limited electricity?? Jomtien looks like a great deal....
