Cambodia to ban entry of citizens from US, Italy, Spain, France, Germany

As if tourism in Cambodia isn't bad enough right now...

Some bans are for people of certain nationality, others for people from certain areas.
I'm travelling on a German passport, but I haven't been in Germany for 8 months.

I was in Cambodia last week. Siem Reap significantly less busy than I remember it from my last trip.
After I checked out, the hotel I was staying had 2 rooms occupied out of 20.
