Seen from the Thai view that has a very logic reason: then they are far better trained at the real job they are supposed to do, much more experience. And the chance that such naughty things happen on the premises of 4-5* HTL will also be a lot less. Exception are as always those HTLs that aim the gay market. OR that naughty place by the seaside-Pattaya.
Frankly, All such HTLs will also be surrounded by dozens of non-HTL tied msg-shops-just take a walk (yes, in the heat-today more still the rain) and look. But out of that Silom area where they have to also take the local Thai market in account, this will be quite rare.
Having followed this forum for quite some time I cannot remember any review about such situations. But as this is THaild that does not mean it never happens or is out of bound-anything and even more that noone expects can happen here, In fact that is for me one major reason to come back all the times.
The other well-known forum seems more aimed at the hi-so kir-royal market with exquisite discussions about the virtues of HTLs in that bracket as this one (gayguides.com).
