whatever happened to those Hamburger kiosks?
Just thinking on my last visit I noticed those white shed like hamburger kiosks all missing.
Remember there was one in Sunee Plaza.
They used to sell cheeseburgers ,cups of tea , hot chips etc all freshly cooked.
And you could sit on the stool and eat it.
Re: whatever happened to those Hamburger kiosks?
The hamburger lady is still in business on Soi 17 (same soi as Nice Boys). Mostly younger Arab clientele.
Re: whatever happened to those Hamburger kiosks?
I wonder do those young Arabs-presumably Muslim-realise that there's probably Ham in them thar Hamburgers?
There's a long-standing stall in Jomtien Complex opposite Man Bar.

A practising Jewish friend of mine won't eat eg. green curry pork but will happily share a "hawaian pizza" - ham & pineapple etc.

I won't eat bull's testicles but I will eat buffalo wings and I will teabag if the flavour is right.
