Accomm in Jomtien. The Dale Boutique?

Hi. Vaguely planning a sojourn in Pattaya for about a week in April. This would be my second visit to Pattaya, the first was in 2014.

Accommodation budget is ideally within 1500/n, but could stretch as far as 2200/n.

I want somewhere within walking distance of the much famed Jomtien Complex (the place with all the gay bars) but not so close that I can't get away from it if I feel like a break.

I was looking at The Dale Boutique Hotel and Spa which is about ten minutes walk away. The
Deluxe room, which has a Mezzanine, looks reasonably sexy. Anyone ever used it? Does it make for a decent shag palace?

You should take a look at The Agate Hotel - right in the complex - always gets high marks.

Avalon 4****,
BB house 3*** most budget 1200 THB with sea view, has pool and villas near pool, no breakfast

all 3 are directly on the beach within walking distance to J.Complex

Agate is directly in the JC

Aiyaree Place Resort, just across the Hanuman intersection,150 m.from the Complex. Has a nice swimming pool. Deluxe rooms, big and comfortable are 1,100 baht/day without breakfast.
