Re: Phnom Penh report - June
Gentlemen, you have been conned. Rexton is one of frequent's many handles. He used him here as an excuse to post his 'trip report."
It's a typical ploy he uses when he wants to post something but no-one has asked him the appropriate question. So he just asks himself.
It's desperation stakes in Queensland! Lol
Re: Phnom Penh report - June
Your desire to diminish this forum since you "left" is desperation.
Re: Phnom Penh report - June
Surfcrest/ Brad (same same), I'm "diminishing" frequent by outing him, since you do not want to take on that task. The forum wasn't mentioned by me.
And btw, the accusation above is one you yourself have made!
Oh, and if I wanted to "diminish" the board, I had my chance here :

I didn't take it.
Re: Phnom Penh report - June
You got it wrong a447.....I am not a handle for frequent or anyone else. ..

Kommie's hardon for a447 is beyond obsessive. It wasn't like this in the days of the colonel
So looks like that movie has already been made. But I'm not surprised you missed it. Lol

I agree with you rexton, I'm not sure what a447 is referring to, but he is incorrect.

Re: Phnom Penh report - June
I'll be in Phnom Penh for 6 days...preceeded by 3 and succeeded by 7 days in Thailand. Any advice re buying Sim cards...data and calls...Which would be more economical. ...use Thai Sim card in Cambodia or separate card for each country. .Any idea on prices etc. would be appreciated. ..from anyone with experience of same...Cheers. .

A separate one for each country. Cambodian SIM card plans are very cheap. Just go to any Cambodian phone shop (they're everywhere) and they will happily supply you. The government insists you show your passport but few phone shops ask for it and the last time I offered my passport in a Cambodian phone shop I heard a word that sounded remarkably like "bullshit". They're way cheaper than a Thai SIM. The friend I met at Swampy recently paid True 600 baht for a 15-day tourist SIM. They took his passport and copied it by taking a pic of it on their phone
