So then a small kickstart for the current situation,. now that most things are back to normal.
Again: several more prestigious places advertise with links on thaimassageboy.com
In BKK these are Jey, Prince, WhiteHOuse, ChaKa, 365, I in NOnthburi, V-club and Leo/Climax. V-club is linked to Chakran sauna.
On other Thai sites -gthai and gbsiam, are also presented @Pinklao which is in the now old Sai Thai Bus terminal compound.
As recently there has been much ado about the newly discovered various shops along Sapan Kwai, just mention here these places, going on the map from No-We till East:
Just right by the BTS, on west side of Phahonyotin rd are G-beat and M15 (not right in but very close to soi 15)
Opposite side is K-man which is extremely active on about any social media about it, unmmbrd soi.
Then take a walk along Big C till crossing (overpasses) Sapan Kwai-walk if fit or hire motosy taxi, or if very brave a minibus 74 or big red bus : 54,117, just a very few stops.
The road is named Intramara on soi-boards, anyone calls it Suttisarn. It gets very narrow and clogged with traffic.
On the south side of it you will pass BT-menspa, then KK-menspa (also very active and linked to Kman), and on nr 384 HOmeSpa (no clear sign outside, but can see in that hall). On the north side you pass M27 (yes, close by soi 27) and then one only labelled in Thai: Indira. A little further is a big field with no buildings and then comes the expressway and sideways with many buses to town (Vict. MOnument-24 and Silom-504 and even airport direct-555)
M15 and M27 are also in the same bigger company as K and KK. It also has a KB-boy spa in Lard Prao soi 101, near yaek 8.
All these places have fairly extensive and regular updated info via their facebook or insta or other media-these often also show pictures of their current staff with info like height/weight, position (80-90% are real men=only top, as is usual in these places) and as a recent extra: a nr like 52/4/6/8 for the size of the toong yang, and most also the required minimum tip-for 99% <1.000. As a comparison: 1 hr of oil massage is mostly charged at between 400-600 bt, payable to the shop, some shops often do promotions with discounts or have stampcards to gain free courses. Most customers pre-announce via line or those media, but walk-ins are also welcome. MOst do not have their staff in house-manager on duty will show from notebook the same pictures etc as from media and can also answer questions or give advice. Nearly no Thai boys, most seem to be from Laos, Cambodia and then Burma=Myanmar now. Usually when you are in the shower the guy will arrive- a naughty one may even join you there already (not common).
Incidentally most rooms have signs in Thai telling that NO extra service is available, this can and will be ignored.
Reviews are so personal as for quality etc-forget that. However a special note for G-beat which by far is the best designed and beautiful, and also even well thought out for detail, such shop with some special old-time-style Thai features. The welcome tray also has very special features........
Re: Bangkok list of massage shops with reviews
Along Silom rd these places:
Paradis in soi 2 (narrow soi witj DJ-station disco)
Adam (?-or other name) in soi 4 (where old Telephone and club Rome used to be, now Balcony)
(I think, only judging from reviews etc. that these 2 are the only where you can with some >90% chance expect at least to be offered extra service, or will even be teased while being massaged to such extra).
then come the girlie Patpong sois
In soi 6 to right hand side some 6-7 with most/only male staff. Also on the corner wellknown PRIME-but this is a well run, always getting very good reviews, no hanky-extra´s place, also reflected in MIN tip: 100 bt (which as such is also pretty uncommon for normal msg shops)
Along Silom main rd itself you will also pass a few shops OLivia and beyond soi 6 18/19.
Reviews about these places tend to be rather mixed-from nothing happens till good extra-without any clear distinction.
If really wanting guaranteed action: walk on, till main crossing, go to other side of Silom-just beyond is a rather run down ´shopping/office´ centre, Silom Plaza, which has BEST msg on ground floor and on floor 3 or 4 well known and long standing ARENA, which still mostly relies on walk-ins from farang looking for a ´hunk/muscle type´, as such it will deliver but is rather run down and unkempt. Once in the house more steps have to be climbed.
