Quite hilarious, considering that there wasn't a time in the past when human rights ever existed in Thailand, what's there to return? I mean, truly existed, enforceable even by - for example - a stateless hill tribe activist. What is really meant instead of human rights, I suppose, is citizenship rights.Quote:
